At Urban Class, we are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances, watches, and accessories to your doorstep with speed, safety, and reliability. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy for a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed after 5 PM or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
During high-demand periods (sales, new launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Within Pakistan

Standard Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (depending on your location).
Shipping Charges:
- Orders above PKR 5000 – Free Shipping
- Orders below PKR 5000 – PKR 99 Flat Rate
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available on all orders across Pakistan.
COD orders may be subject to confirmation via call or SMS before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your parcel through the courier’s website or via the link provided.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays can occur due to weather, strikes, or courier service issues.
If your order is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but hasn’t been received, please contact us at support@urbanclass.pk or via our Instagram page.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
