At Urban Class, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges — simple, transparent, and fair.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags (if applicable).

❌ We do not accept returns on used fragrances, opened packaging, or change-of-mind purchases.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Worn watches or accessories

  • Gift cards or sale items 

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photo proof (if damaged or incorrect item).

  3. Once approved, we'll guide you on how to ship the item back.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If the exact item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
