1. What products does Urban Class offer?

We offer a curated collection of luxury fragrances, stylish watches, and fashion accessories for both men and women — combining class, quality, and affordability.

2. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website:

  1. Select your product and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.

  3. Choose a payment method and confirm your order.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available nationwide

  • Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • Debit/Credit Cards (via secure payment gateways)

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times within Pakistan:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Orders over PKR 5000: Free shipping nationwide

Please note, delays may occur during peak sale seasons or due to courier issues.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to track your parcel on the courier partner’s website.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Are your fragrances original?

Absolutely! All our fragrances are 100% original and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell replicas or copies.

9. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. However, we plan to offer international shipping soon!
